Television personality and entrepreneur Martha Stewart has expanded her range of cannabidiol (CBD) products with a new line of canine-focused items.
Canopy Growth Corporation (Canopy) on Tuesday announced the launch of “Martha Stewart for Pet,” a line of scientifically-backed CBD wellness products for dogs.
Working with scientists at Canopy Animal Health, Stewart developed the line and packaging with her French Bulldogs and Chow Chows in mind.
“My dogs are not only my companions, but they are part of my family, and I prioritize their emotional and physical well-being as I do my own,” says Stewart. “Just as CBD can support human wellness, it’s been shown to improve the quality of life for pets as well. With the help of the scientists and veterinarians at Canopy Animal Health, I’ve created CBD oil drops and savory soft-baked chews designed to support the health of dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds in delicious gourmet flavors that your canines won’t be able to resist.”
The chews come in three flavor combinations and formulas; chicken with cranberry (Calm), chicken with blueberry (Mobility), and chicken with blueberry and anise (Wellness).
The Martha Stewart CBD for Pet Wellness Drops are available in chicken flavor.
The formulas are designed to support pet mental and physical well-being, reduce stress, and maintain joint health and mobility.
Canopy says that Stewart’s new line of pet products are made with carefully-controlled CBD content for customized daily use in dogs of all ages and sizes.
Products in the line bear the NASC quality seal and are free of corn, soy, wheat, preservatives, and artificial flavors and colors.
