A Southern California cannabis company has debuted a new line of cannabidiol-based (CBD) topical pain relief products.
On Tuesday, Sorrento Valley-based CV Sciences announced the launch of its PlusCBD Pain Relief Topicals line for people looking for faster recovery or an alternative to pain pills.
The new product line features four products that CV Sciences infuses with premium hemp-derived CBD.

Included in the Pain Relief lineup is the 750mg CBD Sport Recovery Stick anti-inflammatory and analgesic cream, made to provide athletes and fitness enthusiasts with pain and inflammation relief when recovering from physical activity.
The line also includes a 1000mg CBD Pain Relief Penetrating Cream to alleviate joint, muscle, and neuropathic pain.
For managing muscle pain, stiffness, or soreness related to tension, stress, overuse, or other minor injuries, the new PlusCBD line features a 500mg CBD Pain Relief Muscle Cream.
The fourth product in the new line is the Arthritis Cream, which CV Sciences formulated with 750mg of CBD to specifically target joints and relieve arthritis-related pain and discomfort.
All four products also include warming camphor and cooling menthol as ingredients for added relief.
