The Americanna Dream Festival was scheduled to take place at the Cow Palace in Daly City in just a few days, but with the prediction of a storm-filled weekend, organizers have postponed the event.
The two-day festival, originally scheduled for May 18 and 19, was to feature musical entertainment, educational speakers, farmers cup, growers cup, job fair/business mixer, and an area for licensed adult-use cannabis sales and consumption, but a forecast of severe inclement weather has put the event on hold.
Though a significant portion of the event was to take place in inside the South Hall at the Cow Palace, the sales and consumption area, as well as the entertainment stage, were to be set up outside.
“The health and safety of our organizers, attendees and partners is our number one priority,” said event organizers. “The Americanna Dream Festival will credit all attendees and exhibitors for a rescheduled event, date to be determined.”
The Americanna Dream Festival is presented by cannabis event organizer, Unlimited Brand Holdings, and the San Diego-based Honey Flower Collective which has hosted numerous Cannabis Farmers Market events in the past as well as their first successful cannabis job fair which took place in January of 2019.
