A multi-state and international cannabis product producer has opened another retail outlet in Florida.
Wakefield, Massachusetts-based Curaleaf Holdings Inc. on Wednesday announced the opening of its 38th dispensary in Florida.
The new dispensary, located in Spring Hill, is Curaleaf’s 113th dispensary nationwide.
The Spring Hill shop is the fifth Curaleaf dispensary to open in Florida in 2021.
Additional locations in Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, West Palm, and Bradenton opened earlier in the year.
According to Curaleaf, the company has grown its Florida team by adding more than 1,000 new retail and cultivation jobs in the state in 2021.
“Expanding access to high-quality cannabis care is one of Curaleaf’s guiding values, and we look forward to serving and empowering even more cannabis patients in Hernando County through our new Spring Hill location,” says Curaleaf Regional President Matt Darin. “In addition to supporting Florida’s dynamic patient community, we are also proud to provide meaningful professional opportunities within the local cities we serve and showcase cannabis’ wider positive social impact through our 38 dispensaries across the state.”
The new Spring Hill shop is Curaleaf’s first dispensary in Hernando County.
The shop will carry the full range of Curaleaf products and brands, including Select, in a selection of flowers, vapes, and edibles.
