Hexo CBD kicked off its grand opening weekend in Vista, California with plenty of free samples, educational materials, all-star athlete appearances, and an impressive variety of cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp products throughout the shop.
The elegant air-conditioned store, located at 1945 West Vista Way, is a one-stop-shop for CBD products and accessories with a full selection of oils, topicals, tinctures, drinks, snacks, candy, vaping accessories, pet treats, prerolls, and flower.
In addition to familiar brands such as CBD Living, Flav, Sprig, Koko Nuggz, and Select, Hexo CBD also stocks their own line of hemp-based oils and topical products.
For the grand opening, Lagom Teas presented samples of their various teas from a table set up just inside the front entrance while Hexo employees offered CBD gummy samples from the main counter.
Upstairs, The Domestic Tiki, Isodiol, and Neuro XPF had tables with samples of their assorted tinctures and topicals.
Neuro XPF was founded by former NFL All-Pro offensive lineman Kyle Turley, who was also present for the grand opening to meet, greet, and sign autographs along with Super Bowl champ Marvin Washington, and NBA stars Cliff Robinson and John Salley.
When Hexo CBD owner Harry Assi was unable to obtain a dispensary license after being told by the City of Vista that his shop would be too close to a trampoline park located on the other side of the 78 freeway, he decided to open a CBD shop instead.
Assi says that opening a CBD-focused store that anyone can visit, rather than a dispensary, fits more in-line with his desire to help as many people as possible with natural, cannabinoid-based products and therapy.
Hexo CBD is located in the heart of the Tri-City medical park, surrounded by a host of medical, dental, and veterinary practices including the Tri-City Medical Center, Scripps Coastal Medical Center, and the Tri-City Veterinary Clinic.
The shop’s location makes it a convenient stop for anyone wishing to pick up some CBD products before or after a visit to their doctor or veterinarian.
The Hexo CBD grand opening weekend celebration continues through Sunday, August 18.
